And in that not-recorded phone call, the person at legal will find out where they live and then if they are in a mandatory reporting state, tell them to report it and if they are not in a mandatory reporting state will tell them NOT to report it. They ONLY EVER report when it is absolutely required by law.

It isn't complicated at all. Every allegation of a crime should be reported to the police or to child protection authorities as the case may be. It is NOT UP TO THE ELDERS to determine whether the allegation has substance - that is for the authorities to decide. -

If you are watching and notice that happening, please post which video and the time it appears: June 27, Part Two, 24:46, for example. I have downloaded all the videos so far and just need to weed through them. Even using the printed transcripts it has proved time consuming so far, so help would be appreciated. Thanks! -

I'd love to see a video montage of these elders bumbling through their obfuscating answers with the quoted scripture from the New World Translation in big bold letters on the screen. In fact, if I have time, I think I'll start working on that.
